Ask Carol

The Norwegian band Ask Carol was started in 2015, by Ask from Trondheim, and Carol from Tynset. In the bands two-year lifespan they have already toured internationally four times, signed a record deal with Norway's biggest indie-label, GRAPPA, played on festivals around the world, and climbed to the #1 spot on both the Norway and Germany Viral Top 50 lists in Spotify, with their first single “Gonna Do It”. At the moment they are completing their first album, with Swedish producer Tobias Fröberg, and the first single from the album was released November last year. Their music can be described as a unique crossing of genres, volnurable and in-your-face, catchy and raw. With Carol's distinctive vocals, two guitars in front, and a punk attitude, they have created their own sound. Still, Ask Carol has a solid foundation in pop/rock. If you ask people who know them to describe their music, the answer is almost always the same: “Don’t ask me, Ask Carol!” You’ll have to hear them for yourself to know what we’re talking about.
