The Dave Fox Trio is a Modern Jazz Trio featuring original jazz
compositions and arrangements inspired by artists such as John Coltrane, Joe Henderson, Chick Corea, Steve Swallow, Charles Mingus, Thelonious Monk and Wayne Shorter. The group features internationally acclaimed bassist John Lockwood and innovative Boston area musicians and composers such as guitarist Phil Sargent and saxophonists Nicholas Brust and Bill Jones.
Dave Fox is an accomplished, versatile drummer and is currently a full-time member of The Gravel Project, Dan Rockett and The Guilty Party and
“AS3” along with Andrew Stern and Brad Barrett.
As a sideman for over two decades, he has performed with a diverse group of artists including Jerry Bergonzi, John Lockwood, Josh Smith, Dave Tronzo, Charles Neville, Stan Strickland, The Stompers and Tom Hambridge and The Rattlesnakes to name a few.
