Leaning heavily into the horrific nature of so many Grimm’s Fairy Tales, writer/director Emilie Blichfeldt conjures up some of the most disturbing but plausible body modification techniques that any quack medieval sawbones could come up with. Not for the faint of heart, but remarkably rewarding for those who can… uh… stomach the proceedings.
