ABOUT LAWN PARTY @ THE LANDING
The Landing is bringing live music outdoors this summer with Lawn Party @ The Landing presented by Lia Honda Enfield, a free weekly concert series in downtown Springfield.
Running every Thursday from June through August from 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM, the series will feature live performances from top regional bands spanning country, reggae, salsa, funk, soul, bluegrass, 90s throwbacks, and more. Guests can enjoy food trucks, lawn games, and a laid-back summer atmosphere at Springfield’s newest outdoor gathering space.
Located next to the new convention center carpark, The Landing was designed for concerts, festivals, markets, and community events in the heart of downtown.

Carol Devine & The Mighty Fine is a high energy, 7-piece horn band that performs your favorite Classic Soul, Motown, Disco, and Funky dance tunes. Featuring Carol’s powerful vocals and electrifying stage presence, the band rocks the dance floor with songs from artists such as: Aretha Franklin, Sly & The Family Stone, Bill Withers, Al Green, Joe Cocker, Etta James, Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, The Staple Singers, Ray Charles, Gladys Knight, Marvin Gaye, KC & The Sunshine Band, and many more.
We LOVE this music and filling the dance floor with people who are ready to have a great time & boogie!
The band is led by powerhouse frontwoman Carol Devine, and includes sax & trumpet players extraordinaire Rick Page and Terry Ryan, thumping bass & vocals by Jen Spingla, groovy drum beats by Christine Horn, funky guitar riffs & vocals by Jason Szafranski, and tasty keys & vocals by Alan Bloomgarden.
Based in Western MA and southern VT, the band plays at area venues, private parties, company events, and town concerts.
