About

At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea, and discuss death. A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session.

This cafe will be facilitated by Shirley Riga. Shirley is a spiritual teacher, death doula, and healing medium who helps guide individuals towards healing, personal growth, overcoming adversity, and end-of-life transitions. She emphasizes the power of inner dialogue and self-awareness, guiding others to connect with their soul’s purpose and navigate life’s sacred thresholds with dignity and peace.
