Contemporary Acro 1

Contemporary Acro Level 1 is an introductory, foundational course that blends traditional acrobatic gymnastics with the fluid, expressive movements of contemporary dance. It focuses on building core strength, balance, and flexibility to safely execute basic acrobatic tricks in a dance context.
