Begin with a chef-led tour of the Farmers Market where you’ll browse New England based vendors and procure the freshest produce and protein of the day. Once back at OAK, take a seat at the 83 ft copper bar while one of our expert mixologists walks you through the art of the seasonal cocktail (or mocktail). While you sip, the chef quietly retreats to the kitchen to transform the market finds into a thoughtful entrée, making for a true farm to bar experience. Take a piece of the experience home with an OAK tote bag and cocktail recipe card. Offered on Tuesday’s through October, with one seating per day at 11:30am.
