Roundhead is a brewery first. Ritmo y Cerveza / Rhythm and Brews is what happens when you put a turntable next to the tanks.
Every Thursday, records only. No laptops, no playlists — just vinyl records, played one side at a time.
The night runs in two formats, alternating week to week:
Guest Selector — an invited Vinyl Host takes over the turntable with a set built around a theme: an era, a genre, a label. Salsa dura. Boogaloo. Dominican 45s. Boston soul. They bring the crates.
Public Choice — you bring the records or pull from Roundhead’s library. Show up with a few from home, hand them over, and they go into the rotation. Every week somebody plays something nobody expected.
We’re Massachusetts’s first Latino-owned brewery, and cerveza que reúne — beer that brings people together — is on our badge for a reason.
Roundhead Brewing Co., Westinghouse Plaza, Hyde Park. Kitchen open — pizza until 8p; beer until 9p.
