The Lower Mills Branch of the Boston Public Library serves Dorchester’s historic Lower Mills village with lending services, technology access, and regular community programming. The branch has been at its present location since 1981 and includes a 75-seat lecture hall used for public meetings and events. Set near the Neponset River and the Lower Neponset River Trail, it’s a walkable neighborhood resource amid local shops and restaurants.
