Nearest parking is the 324 Albany St lot (under I?93) with a posted rate structure; additional SoWa lots are at 274 Albany St and 500 Harrison Ave. Limited metered street parking is available; on First Fridays, lots open to the public after 5pm with a special flat rate, and some SoWa parking is unavailable on Sundays May–October for the Open Market.

MassArt x SoWa is an off?campus graduate gallery operated by Massachusetts College of Art and Design, presenting exhibitions by MassArt graduate students, alumni, and community artists in Boston’s SoWa arts district. The gallery was announced in April 2021 and hosts monthly First Friday receptions alongside rotating shows. Set within the Harrison Avenue arts corridor, it’s surrounded by numerous studios and galleries, making it a highly walkable art destination in the South End.
